Whatsapp line employees not responding to messages

I have had 2 questions in on 2 different day regarding their services. They advertise multiple services on their website and i just bought a new vehicle. I needed assistance regarding registration and road worthies. As per their services listed on their website they would have been able to help me. I have sent them a Whatsapp on their Whatsapp number as advertised on thei website with no response. Both days the messages shows as read but there is no answer, not even just a message telling me they will get back to me
