I must say I am so very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful assistance I received when dealing with at least three members of the staff of FinesSA. The courtesy and great assistance I received was most heart-warming and encouraging to the extends that they were even prepared to stay7 on the line whilst I was trying to resolve my problems. In this regard I must particularly mention the names of three people who assisted me greatly over the past few months apart from the courtesy from the telephone receptionists, They are Toefiekah Diergaardt, Zaid Meyer, and Shaida.

It is most encouraging to receive this type of treatment and assistance from a Government or quazi-Government department. Well done to all.
