Took over a month after I paid them to pay my fines

I paid them on 14 Feb and more than a month later I was still receiving communications from the City saying my fines were outstanding and were being converted to summons. I emailed them multiple times to ask for proof of payment and they kept saying that they would send it. It was only paid a month after my initial email to them. If I were caught in a road block during this period I would have had to pay the fine again. Just use Zapper to pay your fines, it is immediate and less hassles.
