They don't pay your money over to the Traffic Department!

I paid my fines through Fines SA in March and July 2024 and received confirmation that they were being finalised. Over a year later, I was pulled over and informed I still have multiple outstanding fines, including for a vehicle I no longer own, which I know was all paid through Fines SA. Despite several emails, I’ve received no response. This is completely unacceptable and puts me at risk of serious consequences despite having paid in good faith. Poor communication and lack of accountability.
