I used the portal on 2023 to pay 3 of my fines. I paid the one in October 2023 and two in November 2023. I recently received a SMS from the City of Cape Town issuing me with a summons as all three fines are still unpaid. I tried question this on the whatsapp contact but I received no feedback.
