Suspicious

After paying over a total amount which should of cleared all my fines to date im still recievjng sms from traffic department for each fine demanding payment within 7 days or a summons will be issued . When I query this each time im told that the issue is on traffic department side as they have not updated there records . What nonsense when its paid its automatic . When I request proof that the fines have been paid I simply get ignored .
