Poor Service from Fines Sa

I Paid Finessa to clear my fines. Subsequently, I'm getting notifications from Paycity that 7 fines are still outstanding. these were paid to Finessa. i sent 2 emails to *** requesting clarity. i called the call centre number but no answer. no response to my emails either. what i have noticed that their fees are higher and they dont always pass the proper discounts onto their clients
