Poor service

I paid my fines in October and received multiple emails that the payments are processed. After following up numerous time I eventually received an email with receipts, indicating that some of the fines have been paid. However, I have been following up since October on the outstanding receipts. I have been contacting Johannes Lindsay - the standard response from him is " waiting for the receipt from the municipality". Please don't use them... poor service and unreliable.
