Payment No settlement No communication

Paid my fines on the 17th September,Was informed it might take up to 21 days to get invoices for the fines.Mailed several times and message via Facebook but no correspondence whatsoever.Was told that it would be escalated to Finance Manager to resolve.Today I get a summons to appear in court after over 35 days later after paying you guys to settle it!I'm disgusted and will never ever use your service again.It lacks basic communication and priority skills.My mail if one day you would do as I paid for *** Id *** contact number ***
