Paid fines via Fines SA website but 12 days later its still reflecting as unpaid!

Paid 3 fines on Fines SA website platform and still 12 days later the payment is not reflecting on the municipality or the Fines SA website. I have sent multiple emails, explained it to different people, and called many times and still the matter has not been resolved and the fines are still unpaid.
