Shahieda Galiem is amazing. My mom was incorrectly sent a fine for R500. She is 85 and was " photographed " doing 90 in a 60 zone in an undesirable area in a bakkie. She drives a 20 year old Kia, she never goes more than 5 kms from my home (at about 45km/h) . Shahieda was gracious, helpful and assisted with the photo, enabling us to put in a dispute and then giving me further advice as where to send the dispute. It'snot often someone goes over and above when it isn't even their area to assist, she could have just passed my mail on. Thank you for the awesome service and patience.
