outstanding fines

Excellent service from the help desk that helped me sort out my fine. I was receiving FINAL warnings notices from CoCT to say I that I haven't paid my 'outstanding' fine. Toefiekah at the help desk quickly sorted it , as it seems the accounts side isn't up to scratch yet.
