Outstanding fines and admin blocks

I had an admin block on my Natis profile and was unable to renew my car licence. The fines were already paid via SA Fines but the local traffic department said it takes 3 months for them to be paid and lift the block. Fast forward, one call to Kelsey at Fines SA and 24 hours later, block cleared and able to renew licence
