Outstand speeding fines

Im a little bit concerned and confused, I went to the licensing department in Roodepoort next to the courts. I went there to get a print out of outstanding speeding fines for 2020, (dated 10-10-2020 there was a total of 26 Infringement's amounting to R6,750.00. Im currently unemployed, and have been for the past 14 months. I said to myself, I will make a plan for next year, as it was nearly Christmas time and didn't have much money at the time. I went the next year to the licensing department in Roodepoort (JMPD), same place dated 10-02-2021, and found out there is 3 more fines added to the list amounting to R8,000.00 Then my ex work college sends me an email from Fine SA and they have a list of fines (33 Infringement's) amounting to R11,180,00. Now I'm not working, can someone please assist me here on this ! as somebody is pulling the wool over my eyes here, and have got the money for these games. So is the is the JMPD licensing department fibbing, or Fine SA????
