Offering services they can't provide
Why do you offer discounts that you can't give , why do they have to overcomplicate everything, I would definitely not recommend using this provider, now wants me to wait 8 weeks or pay full amount , I think that you should stop offering services you can't provide .really disappointed

This process does have an estimated turnaround time, which is always communicated upfront and clearly stated on our invoices, statements, and payment acknowledgements.If a client accepts the discounted amount, it is processed according to this timeline. Alternatively, if arranged with us, the fine can be settled immediately at the full amount.We understand that dealing with traffic fines is never a pleasant experience, and we aim to make the process more affordable where possible. The structure we follow is what allows us to offer these discounts to our clients.If there’s anything further you’d like us to clarify or assist with, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
