Not recommended.

I paid for outstanding fines by card and got the acknowledgement and I knew they had a 30 day turnaround even though I was promised that most of the issues would be sorted within 48 hours. It's almost 60 days now and nothing has changed and all I get are generic responses. Be cautious when dealing with them as you may find yourself in trouble at roadblocks if you have outstanding fines/summons/warrants.
