Hi, Please can you explain how is it possible that i made a payment on the 3rd May using your PayFast facility of 19K item number ***. which was all the fines at the time. Today i received an email that those fines as well as new fines are outstanding. When i sent emails to your team in June regarding this i have not received a response as to whats happening.
