Incorrect fines issued

Received an email today , that says I have 2 fines outstanding. This fines was issued in 2015 and the registration number on the fines is not even mine. They used my id number and my cell phone number but wrong registration number.

When I phoned them they said I should phone the traffic department that issued the fines. Phoned the traffic department, they don't know about any fines.

This is really frustrating to sort out.
