I paid my fine on your website, it was never paid to the Municipality.

You have taken my payments for fines, yet when I logged in to payCity, I still saw I have 2 fines outstanding. I received letters in the post for them. Conveniently your website is offline today, probably all just part of your big scheme of not paying the fines and pocketing it yourselves.
