I need Fines SA to refund me

On 22 September 2024 I got traffic violation ticket in Matlosana area. I asked for their assistance and the asked for my ticket so they can upload it in their system. They did and set up payment for this violation and I paid the amount of R1703.00(actual violation was R1500). On 27 /02/2025 was stopped on roadblock and was shown warrant of arrest for the same ticket which I paid on the spot. I sent them email to refund me and they refuse when I tell them municipality said they don't have a dealing with them and I want my money back. They making it hard for me. please assist
