Highly efficient refund!

I paid my fines via Fines SA however upon renewing my lisence I still had an enforcement order. I paid the outstanding amount again on the enatis website.

I contacted Fines SA and requested a refund for the fine which I paid for twice.

The entire process was handled very professionally and efficient and after sending the requested documents I was refunded very quickly.

Highly recommend them as their customer service is top notch!
