HELP

Hi,

They are friendly and helpful.

My biggest problem is that there is no way to pay off fines. Especially big amounts that weren't even done by myself. I am not in a good financial situation and need help paying the fines off but, there seems to be no help with that.

They need to have a system where people can pay their fines off. I want to sort the fines out but, can't pay a lump sum as it is literally impossible for me to do that.
