I have been using Fines SA for the past 4-5 years (if not longer), and it has always been a quick and easy to use and navigate service portal for users. Recently a fine that I had paid via Fines SA was still registering as outstanding on a 3rd party site, threatening to block renewals of my vehicle and drivers licenses. I raised the query with Fines SA and my query was promptly dealt with and resolved, and my fine cleared from the 3rd party site.
