Fines SA to my rescue after 7 Years

I have been trying to remove two traffic fines that were already paid in 2018 since 2018. After numerous emails and sending proof of payment without success, I received an email from Fines SA and dealt with Shahieda Galiem. Within half an hour, the issue was resolved, and the fines were removed and confirmed.

I give them 5 out of 5 for efficiency.
