Fines SA takes your fine payment, but seemingly doesn't pass on payments.

I've paid a number of fines via this Service. Specifically, I;ve received sms' from Cape Town Traffic on two outstanding fines. Both were paid timeously in Oct '23 and Nov '23 via Fines SA. However, looking on the Cape Town fines website, these two fines remain unpaid. I have receipts from their payment partner PayFast that these fines were paid within days of fines being issued. However CPT Traffic now in Feb '24 says differently. I sent an email to Fines SA (included their Founder/CEO) for answers, no response yet. I'm not amused at all when I get threats of summons. Would NOT recommend this Service to pay your fines.
