Fines SA Service

I recently paid all outstanding fines. But a couple of days ago I received mail that I have more outstanding fines. I contacted FINES SA to query the fines and was promptly told I must take it up with the particular municipality Unfortunately the municipality details are not recorded on the fines statement. HOWEVER I received mail from one of the consultants who took the time and effort tp investigate and she informed me that the fines on the statement was already paid. Now that is what I call service If there was more people like that life would be so much more pleasurable. Well done Toefiekah Diergaardt you deserve an increase and a promotion.
