Fines SA has proven to be efficient and professional, even though their email pop-ups were irritating, it served as constant reminders (and at my age it is needed) which I appreciate. Their staff are always friendly and helpful, making payments easy and quick. I would definitely recommend Fines SA if you would like to avoid ques and long waits at pay offices that makes you visit 2 more tellers before you can make a payment. I made my choice; you can make yours.
