Fines SA - Fails to process claims for months

We paid over R3,000 to Fines SA for 6 fines on 24 August 2023, however, it is now 6 weeks later and these fines have still not been settled by Fines SA, which I have been told is their modus operandi.

Whilst they are quick to respond to emails they fail to answer your questions properly and just give vague promises.

Should Fines SA's failure to settle the fines timeously result in any legal repercussions for us we will certainly take this matter further and engage an attorney without any further notice to them.
