Fines SA

I paid a traffic fine through Fines SA to make my life easier. I do not owe them any money, as the Fine is owed to the City of Cape Town. Now, I get a regular telesales person calling my number, and I get invoiced for traffic fines by Fines SA. This is surely *******, as I do not owe them the money. How do I opt out? I have Unsubscribed and still they persist in invoicing me and calling me.
