Fantastic service from Fines SA!

I recently received a call from Fines SA regarding an outstanding fine. I religeously pay my fines, but had one outstanding for a vehicle that is not registered to me. I raised the issue with the municipality that issued the fine and they assured me that it sorted. The fine, however, stayed on the system of Fines SA, resulting in calls. Toefiekah Diergaardt from Fines SA assisted me to solve the issue. Her profesonalism and efficiency was outstanding. It is refreshing to deal with someone like her and I hope sinserely that her superiors appreciate what she does. She is surely an asset to her institution - well done and thank you!
