FAILURE TO RESPOND

I used Fines SA to pay my fine on the 15th Oct. This was the first time I opted to use this payment method. I subsequently sent follow up emails on the 29th and 31st Oct and to date I have yet to receive any response email or call from ANYONE at FINES SA. To say I will never use or recommend FINES SA to anyone is an understatement. I'm incredible disappointed with the lack of response.
