Excellent service received from Roshan Peterson. I logged a query regarding fines that were paid via Fines SA but still reflecting as unpaid at the municipality. Roshan advised that he had escalated the matter and it would be resolved in 24 hrs. And it was indeed resolved in 24 hrs . Roshan was very pleasant and professional. Excellent customer service. Will continue using this service in the future
