Excellent customer service

We recently paid a fine through Fines SA not knowing the time it takes to allocate and clear the fine. We received an SMS from the Ekurhuleni that if the fine isn't paid we'll get a court summons we then went to pay the fine by Ekurhuleni themselves. I took a chance and asked for a refund and Zaid helped me immediately and I got my refund the next day after requesting the refund. It was a breeze dealing with Zaid and with Fines SA.
