Courteous phone call back

Hi, further to my review dd 20.10.2022- Fines SA Finally responded by phoning me and advising me that the fine had finally been allocated and the related Municipality been advised of payment. The courteous phone call was very welcome, just wish they had done that sooner within the 24-48 hrs specified on their acknowledgement of receipt email. The company has not responded to my Review so I am not sure if the call was result from my 3rd email or the Review. But advise they did.☺☺☺
