Bad Service.. Payed but will end up in Jail

Payed my Traffic Infringement via the Fines SA Pty Ltd platform on 31 January 2024.. Yesterday I received a summons to appear in Court on the 14th of June 2024.. After contacting Fines SA in Sea Point I was informed that my money was not paid over to the City of Cape Town due to technical error.. I ask myself how do a company called to be rescue by a slofan "technical error" in a modern world govern by audits, checks and balances...
