Bad Service

I paid my traffic fines on 29 March 2026 expecting the payment to reflect before the Easter weekend so I could renew my licence disc and travel.

However, when I went to the traffic department, I was told my fines are still showing as outstanding, which prevented me from renewing my licence. I’ve tried contacting support (Rohan and Blessings), but received no real assistance.

It’s frustrating that reminders to pay are so consistent, yet there’s no urgency when resolving issues after payment is made. Very disappointed with the service — this has been a stressful and inconvenient experience.
