A STITCH IN TIME!

I do not appreciate the drive from Knysna to Cape Town. Even more upsetting is getting back and having to contend with a traffic fine. The blow was softened by the professional and friendly approach by a Fines SA staff member who phoned in this morning to check whether I had received the Fines SA notification of a fine due. Her friendly approached settled my mood and she offered to resend the notification had I not receive it. I hadn't and she promptly sent me a copy. That allowed me to settle it immediately avoiding the risk of loosing the discount or even more harsh measures the authority could take. I can only thank this professional outfit and recommend signing up to them!
