A good experience with Fines SA and Payfast

I was notified via email of an outstanding fine on my son's car. The process of paying the outstanding fine was easy and went smoothly. I would have appreciated more info regarding the infringement, as only the date and registration number was supp****. There was no image or place and time supp****.
