5-star customer service at Fines SA

I was unable to renew my vehicle license due to a block on my name. I tried on numerous occasions to call the reference number provided for queries, but no-one answered the telephone. On one occasion the call was answered and I was told that the Department would get back to me on the same day. No-one responded. I called Fines SA as the only fine outstanding, had been paid last year. I was told that they would check my records the following day. True to their word they sent an email the following day confirming that there was no reason for a block on my account. Action was taken as promised and feedback provided accordingly. Well done Fines SA, on excellent customer service.
