VERY POOR SERVICE

Very poor service from them. Please note that the mandate signed is not a regular 90 days but over 7 months? Fine Home did not bring me any customers but used other estates agents to sell for them. So Fine Home takes half the commission of the sale and they sit back and do nothing whilst other people have to sell the properties for them. I have had limited people viewing my house and had only two offers since May 2018? It is already August now and my house is still in the market and I had to decrease my selling price twice already due to the lack of customers. I have requested that the mandate be lifted but was told - NO! I am on the verge of losing my house due to their incompetence and they just don't care about their customers.
