Useless, *********** Estate
The most useless estate I’ve ever had to deal with. I should have known from her desperately that I am still to see flames. I moved in at Thaba Eco VIllage estate last year Sep and dealt with and agent Nonny Sindane, well she was friendly at first cos obviously she wanted a sale. 3 months on moving in the new apartment the geyser burst and that when **** hit the fan. Empty promises/lies we stayed a week without hot water and she had the guts to tell me she doesn’t work on weekends she’s was doing me a favour and eventually it got sorted. Fast forward 2026 July again the geyser burst and guess what same story. If it’s not incorrect invoices, they clamping our cars or changing systems without notifying residents. Staying in that place has been nothin but a nightmare, because Nonny is selfish and inconsiderate all she cares about is making a sale. I sent her an email on 22 July notifying her of our intention to move out end of August, she acknowledged my email and said admin will be in contact with what’s to follow and no one has contacted me besides her wanting to bring people to view the place .Today my husband and I decided to go get our furniture and our truck was denied exit at the gate because apparently there a contact I need to sign with Nonny did not communicate with me. I tried to call her she didn’t answer and decided to switch of her phone. As I write this, the truck has been by the gate since 13:00 till now. I hired that truck and they charging me extra for the time that truck has been standing there while Nonny live comfortably wherever she is. Tell me who has to carry back all that furniture 3 floors up again and who has to carry to cost of hiring another truck? Fine home elegance is a ***** they sell you dreams! Don’t ever use this company for your rental, or house sales.

No deposit refunded
I leased an apartment at Thaba Eco with Fine Home Elegance Properties in May 2025, assisted by Ms. Nonny Sidane. My lease expired in May 2026. I sent notification that the lease has expired and that i would be moving out. Its 22 June 2026 and i have not received my deposit of R8000. Ive moved out 2 days early as i was rushed by the agent. A week later, they sent an inspection report that everything was perfect, except for minor double sided tape on the wall. On the 19th of June i received an invoice saying that i will only be receiving +R5000, they charged me R1000 for leaking showerhead (which never leaked during my stay) I was charged R450 for cleaning which is absurd, the landlord HAS to clean the place before a new tenant comes in (at his cost). I was charged other smaller items that i feel were unnecessary (common area light - which i paid in the levies - monthly). I still have not recieved my refund. They are delaying and never answer my calls and emails.

DO NOT DO ANY SORT OF LEGAL BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL **** YOU. I did business with this company for a whole year, I even paid a full year's rent in advance just to be able to stay there, and when the end of my lease agreement came, they never did a joint inspection with me, claimed a bunch of bogus costs on my deposit, and stole my whole deposit. THEY LEGALLY CANNOT DO THIS. They required a signed joint inspection and they never had any of this. Not to mention the fact that whej my lease ended I stayed a day longer than I was supposed to, so what do they do ? They hire a personal investigator to harass me and to trespass on my property that I was still occupying. They send all of my confidential emails that I had made to my real estate agent to the Private Investigator which is a major breach of the POPIA act, according to the RHT guidelines they are in statutory default since the 21 day mark is gone, they are in ******* possession of my deposit, and they won't care unless you take legal action. These people are the worst of the worst ****, they always try to find you with some legal clause, or just hinge on the fact that you don't hace the energy to go to court. They are scavengers, the worst of its kind, they prey on those who they think are weak. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
