Don't want to give refund after promised

I have been renting from Finehome since July 15. I am still living out of boxes since June as the kitchen had termites and the kitchen had to be redone my kitchen is the small area under the stairs. The shower is still not fixed and because of my female problems I cant bath have been bathing in the basin since June. The kitchen is still not done and I had to pack and unpack 3 times for them to fix the kitchen and until today it is not completed and I had to arrange every time for my mother to be there I was given the position to cancel by Bridget so I took her up on it. We got a place and signed for it as per our recorded phone conversation she told me I will have my deposit back in that week to pay. Then the next day I was told the owner does not want to release the deposit only after we have moved. On the checklist she has only fixed the 2 lights and toilet, kitchen (Still not done) the rest is still awaiting for repair this morning Mr Glen says they keep back the deposit so if something is broken that they need to recover it. Rental tribunal said if they are going to use my deposit to do all repairs that will be *******.
