Went to the branch to enquire as to Internet banking and sms notifications on account. The staff in the branch couldn't help anyone as \Jane"was not in the branch and everyone was told she would be back in 30min but 90min later Jane was still not back. I counted at least 15-20 clients walking out unhelped and aggravated """
