Worst Nightmare!!

I'm highly disappointed at the service I have receive from the aforementioned business. I went to their branch in Aliwal North to make an inquiry on the 24th of December 2019 about how their services work, the lady asked for my ID number, I gave it to her. Immediately after I did that, I got an urgent call and I had to leave without getting feedback. A month after, I see my name on the credit bureau stating that I took a loan of eleven thousand rand. I have called their head offices a million times but instead they tell me to go to Aliwal north in the Eastern Cape to sort that my self as they can't help. This is frustrating and disgusting as I can't make applications because of this!!
