Waiting for loan payment

<p>I received an offer for a second chance loan and accepted it on the 2nd of August. Signed the contract and went to the Sandton branch to swipe my card. I was told I would get a payout into my account on 3rd August. Till today I am still waiting and I am not getting response to my emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>What's hapenning ? </p>
