Vredendal Finbond service.

I made a small loan and paid up the loan. Deductions are still being made from my bank account. I have requested a loan statement via email and telephonically but do not receive any reply. My emails do not even get opened. Pathetic service from Vredendal branch. I send an email to their head office and was referred back to the Vredendal branch as the Head office cannot supply me with a loan statement ???
