violation of cunsumer act

<p>I have a loan with finbond that is currently in arrears. A month ago I received disturbing news from a colleague of mine that was also there to apply for a loan. She told me the consultant had asked her to warn me, saying that I can run but I cant hide. To cut the story short, the consultant had disclosed my payment profile to my colleague. Ive never been so humiliated in my life. </p>
