Very unprofessional and rude

I took out a loan at Findbond Bellville and paid it and then I took another loan soo I did not make any payments on this loan I said to the lady then I'll come in as soon as I get a off day during the week coz at the moment I only getoff on Sundays she threatened me saying if I don't come they will come to my work place and sending me a lot of whatsapp msgs I said if they must hand me over its fine then I'll make payment arrangements but she keeps on saying they will come to my work place is it how you treat people
