Unproffesional handling

there is no review at all , i just had bad luck with this financial institution and then they have staff that want to put you on your place currently on debt review and getting a simple settlement letter has been a nightmare i want to pay my account, they can have their money but NO ! they have to give you the run around i am done fighting with consultants that need proper training
