Unhappy customer

It is with great displeasure to have trusted a finbond consultant who advised me to open a transactional account with finbond mutual bank. I requested my former employer to deposit all my retirement fund into the account which i opened with them. After the funds were deposited into the account , my account was suspended automatically from the 4th of July 2024 till now. Iv been trying to find out why my funds are suspended but no one could give me a correct answer. This is really not a bank at all but bunch of ****mers.
